Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We are committed to empowering anti-racism efforts in the biotech community. Together with other biotech clubs, we stand in solidarity to expose, educate on, and address how racial injustice has shaped the biotech ecosystem, and we challenge the current industry to increase transparency and make use of resources we compile.
We believe everyone plays a role in creating a safe and welcoming environment, and we do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or racism. We expect the highest standards of professional and personal behavior from all TRIBC members – faculty, postdocs, students and staff.
